What do you find the most helpful in Resume Writing? Do you actually try it and use it on your own business document? Or does it just sound good?

With all that information out there, what is it YOU find the most helpful? How to write your Resume? How to create a winning Cover Letter? How to get a better job?

I've been checking my page hits, and according to those statistics, you readers are most interested in Resume Writing - you just can't seem to get enough of it! But are you actually DOING what is suggested? Have you found a difference? Or do you just read and hope that somehow, magically, the information will be created on your own Resume?

The only way any kind of suggestion or tip will be really useful is...well, to actually USE it. Have you brought out your Resume to read along and check as you read the comments and helpful hints? Do you take a pen or pencil and try to edit your vital business document to encompass those suggestions?

If so, GOOD for you! I do know it will definitely help! If not, WHY not? What's stopping you? You've taken the first step by reading all you can about Resumes, and you hopefully have decided this column has some handy tips - so now is the time to use those tips to your advantage. No amount of my talking or leading will mean anything unless you actually apply your new knowledge.

Remember, you need action verbs to bring your Resume to Life - and you need ACTION to re-create your Resume into a better reflection of you.
