Hi Jo,

For this kind of "actual visualization" (as it is often called), women seem to be at a disadvantage. That's not to say we can't have wonderful fantasies ;) but when it comes to a sort of virtual reality, many women have a harder time picturing themselves in jobs they have not already accomplished.
